A first class car dealership: all staff from Martin (Boss) and Collin sales offer a comprehensive service and attention to detail to the customer is much better than dealers I have dealt with in the past. I bought a Honda Civic at a good price and the car was ready on time, well presented with all documentation to hand, and it had been fully serviced. I recommend this company, without reservation, to anyone looking to purchase a car locally or from further afield.

I found a car that suited my criteria online and popped down to Millfield Motors to take a look at the car. I received a warm welcome and was instantly shown to the vehicle I had seen online. Having been shown around the car, I left a deposit and made arrangements to collect the car a few days later. During the whole transaction all the staff have been polite to me, my other half and even went out of their way to include my 11 year old in the process. This garage has the old school values of a used car dealer - they give honest answers to all questions and at no time did they apply any pressure.I have collected my car today and I am absolutely delighted. The car is in better condition than when I viewed it, they have thoroughly cleaned and polished every part of the car, given it a full service and even renewed the MOT without being asked. In addition to this the car came with a half a tank of petrol - these small extras show the integrity of this business. The unscrupulous traders in this business would never go the extra mile to ensure a customer is delighted.I honestly believe I have found a garage that I can trust and rely on and will be going back next year to buy a replacement car for my other half.Based on my own experience I cannot recommend this business enough; phone calls are returned as arranged, every promise kept, no hiding the small print in agreements - just an approach of total honesty and finished off with a car that I am delighted with.They should be rightly proud of their business.
