great staff and super friendly
Absolute 5 star service. Shelley saved us from Pontins at 9pm at night and went above and beyond to ensure my family, inc two boys under two years old, had somewhere clean and nice to stay. She was quick and effecient in getting everything done and even helped out with linen. She literally saved a very special family holiday for us and can't thank her enough. Even the staff there on check out were friendly and upbeat, very welcoming and I will definately be booking with them again. Fantastic service, great location and top quality caravan accommodation.
We have used this company quite a few times now as i find the accommodation alot more clean,well kept and equipt then park resorts. Also it's very handy that we can pick our own van

Excellent all round. Have stayed with these guys several times and really can't fault them. The ability to pick the exact caravan you want is really helpful, as it enables you to be on the spot at the park that suits you, and have something that is set out in the way that works best for you. The service is also really friendly and helpfulThe park itself is also pretty good. Some of the facilities are a bit tired, but the staff are generally really friendly and helpful, and the play areas for little ones are actually pretty good .The beach is lovely of course, and there's a surprising amount to do within a 20 minute or so drive.
